Easy KPI Cards for Tableau

By downloading, installing, or using Easy KPI Cards ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Extension.
The Extension is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Cloud. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension in accordance with these terms.
You may use the Extension to create visualizations within Tableau workbooks. You may not:
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM BUGS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR OR COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE EXTENSION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Extension at any time without prior notice. We are not obligated to provide support, maintenance, or updates.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Extension after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
